A Special Unit in HIA is a group that focuses on different parts of the agency to improve it. Each Special Unit has their own hierarchy which can be found on their individual pages. All SUs in HIA have different requirements for joining. The requirements for all the units are displayed on their respective pages. There are two Full Special Units: Legal Affairs and Community Support Team, and there are three Half Special Units: Habbo Events Team, External Relations, and Transfer Unit. You may be in as many SU's as you'd like.

CST, also known as the Community Support Team is the product of the now-merged Intel Team and PAW Patrol. With a new name, a new badge, new leadership, and new systems, CST will strive to live on the honor of our predecessors and will create an environment where HIA members can interact and contribute to the advancement of HIA.
At the Habbo Intelligence Agency, we decided that there may be some false accusations and people may get fired wrongly by superior members of the [HIA]. If that is the case then you are entitled to the Legal Affairs team, they have both a defensive and a prosecuting team to help you get the justice you deserve. AT HIA we always want to make sure everyone is treated fairly.
The HIA Events Team is a Team of people who work to create lots of fun and enjoyable events to HIA and its members. They are in charge of designing, advertising, handling finances, and planning events. They help boost activity in base by keeping everyone entertained! They work hard to make sure there are events every day. They ensure all events are advertised well so everyone has a chance to attend!
The External Relations Team, or ExR, is a Special Unit in HIA that specializes in external relationships between agencies in Habbo - no matter allied or not. ExR consists of the best members in HIA, personally handpicked by the Director of External Relations or those who went through applications to ensure that only the high degree of professionalism and efficiency is given in any scenario.
The Transfer Unit is a Special Unit that specializes in transferring members from outside agencies into HIA. They are also in charge of transferring in returning members. They are trained to be polite and welcoming to all members who come in. They follow strict guidelines and keep themselves up to date on all policy changes. They strive to give potential members the best service and giving our new members the welcoming they deserve.

Training Supervisors are a vital part of HIA. They supervise Recruit, Security, Trainer and High rank training sessions as well as how well Security is performing. They make sure that everyone who is being trained is being treated fair and learning everything they need in order to do their job right! Their role is to support any Trainers that may need it and make sure training runs smoothly. They grade all of the Trainers they supervise and provide any feedback needed.
The HIA Football SU, commonly known as the Redhawks, is a team of football players, cheerleaders, and security that work together under the motto: Win with class, lose with class. Football players train day in and day out to prepare for matches against opposing agency teams. The cheerleaders lead the players to victory with inspiring words and catchy phrases, while the security team stays vigilant in protecting every one of their members on and off the field. It's never a dull moment with the Redhawks!
The Magazine Team (The Rundown) is broken up into 3 departments: Journalists, Designers, and Editors. They each work together to create the weekly Magazine! The Magazine is very important because it keeps members up to date with current HIA events. It especially helps members who are not able to have Slack to see news! They work hard every week to not only post ongoing events, but they also keep everyone entertained with stories, Secret Confessions, Best Dressed members, and more! Make sure to keep up with it!
The Awarding Committee in HIA is a very important Team. They are always on the watch for hard working members to nominate for Awards. They make sure that people are recognized every week! There are also monthly awards that they keep up with as well.
The Pay Team should be one of your favorite teams because they are who assists in making sure everyone is paid for their hard work! They also organize and conduct Pay Bonus every week. The Finance Team assists Special Units and other teams to ensure that they have funding for any events being hosted or awards to be purchased and distributed.
