Portal Guide
This guide will take you through the steps involved in creating an account on the HIA Web Portal. This is an important part of the agency and every staff member that is Trainer+ must have an account in order to view all of our logs. If you have any further questions in which this guide does not cover, don’t hesitate to visit the Help Desk in the HQ.
Creating an account
Firstly, please register on our portal, located at habbohia.net.
Once there, click on the 'Register' button on the left column.
From there, please enter your username (this must be an EXACT match to you Habbo username or you will not be accepted) as well as your password.
Do NOT use the same password here as you do for your Habbo account.

After clicking on 'Register’, you are then taken to the account verification page. On the page, a verification code will be given to you, paste it on your Habbo Motto and then hit the 'Verify' button.
Once you click on the 'Verify' button, you will be directed back to a page informing you to contact a Portal Admin.
If you are in the Trainer Division, please go to the help desk and ask for a Portal Admin.
If you are HR+, please request a PA on Slack in the #requests channel.
Once a Portal Admin has accepted your account, you may log in using your set username and password.
Upon logging in, you MUST set a Promotion Tag that resembles your Habbo username
To do this click your username in the top right of your portal screen and click 'Profile'
Promotion tags MUST take the format '[TAG]' please leave out the brackets when entering your Promotion tag.
Your tag must be 3 to 4 letters in length.
You must enter a promotion tag that is NOT used by anyone else.
An error message will pop-up informing you if you have.
Trainer Dashboard
Trainers can only view certain aspects of the HIA Portal. They are restricted to only being able to see ‘Trainings’ which is where a trainer logs their training session for a recruit.
To log a training session, you must click the ‘Trainings' button on the main dashboard, as shown in the image. Once you have clicked it, you will need to click ‘Add Training’ where you will need to fill out the boxes with the recruit's Username, and whether they have passed or failed. Optionally you can write a small comment on how the training session went.
Even though a recruit may fail the training session, you MUST log it in order to keep track of your activity as a trainer. When complete click ‘Add Training’ Once submitted, it will be added to our list of training session logs, an example of which is displayed below. You can search specifically for either the trainee or the trainer by using the highlighted boxes. |
High Rank Dashboard
Once you rank up to HR within HIA, your Portal will be automatically updated to include most of the portal's features, such as being able to log promotions, tours, disciplinaries, firings and much more, as shown in the picture below.
Automatic Promotions
When promoting a hard working employee it is important that you remember to log it in ‘Promotions’. You will then need to search the Habbo Username of the person you are about to promote.
However, some promotions may glitch, therefore you will need to contact a PA (Portal Admin) to assist you on this matter. You can also manually log promotions if needed, by clicking the "Add promotion" button then filling in all the details.
Before promoting someone, you should always check their logs to see that they have been working hard and are also outside of their promotion time limit. If they are not, then the ‘Blue’ + promote button will not appear.
Agent Tours
The SLT Desk is the main location where new Agents learn about the different components of HIA base as well as how to work at FTF. Because of this - tours are now to be logged in Portal. To log an Agent Tour, simply click ‘Add Tour’ under the ‘Tours’ Tab as shown below. Then fill out the necessary information for the log to be complete, and submit. ONLY SLT + Ranks are to give and log tours.
User Profiles
You can view the settings for yourself, such as seeing your username, your current rank, your promotion tag, as well as Personal Secretary. You can view this by clicking on your avatars head in the top right then 'Profile’ This will direct you to your profile.

Transfer Logs
If you get into the Transfer Unit, you will get the option, ‘Add Transfer’ as shown in the image below, once you click it will take you to the page where you fill up transfers that occurred. Once you add a transfer log, one log will pop up at ‘Transfers’’, and the other one in 'Promotions’ tab.
Personal Secretaries
Once you become apart of the SM Division + you may choose to have a Personal Secretary. For the purposes of keeping track of them, once you choose a Personal Secretary please add them to your Portal Profile as shown below.
Employees
You are able to check the profiles of other employees in the “Profiles’ section under the 'Tools' category. In their profile you are able to check their rank, promotion tag and personal secretary.
