Rank Tasks
The descriptions below are to be used to inform each division of their purpose in HIA. Every division and every member is an integral part of HIA and how HIA operates daily, therefore it is the obligation of all members to understand the duties and tasks of all divisions.
Agent
Members in the Agent Division are tasked with working at the FTF desks.
○ Letting in returning members and recruiting new members.
○ If a member of the Agent Division feels the user they are speaking with at FTF is a troll they are to report to a higher rank or request for an RR.
○ If FTF is full, they are to be given seat priority compared to higher ranks.
○ Agents may be promoted every 15 minutes after their previous promotion by anyone HR+.
○ They may seek help from the Agent Leader Assistant or the Leader of Agents.
Security
Members in the Security Division are tasked with working at the Security Station.
○ They will utilize the Security Search under ‘Resources’ on habbohia.com to ensure all members coming through work at HIA.
○ When the Security Station is full, they are to be given seat priority compared to higher ranks.
○ These members may be promoted every 30 minutes after their previous promotion by anyone HR+.
○ They may seek help from the Security Leader Assistant or the Leader of Security.
Trainer
Members in the Trainer Division are tasked with working in the Trainer Station.
○ They will utilize the ‘Recruit Instructor Script’ under ‘Resources’ and ‘Training Scripts’ on habbohia.com to properly train new Recruits.
○ They must also log every training session on portal under ‘Training Sessions.’
○ When the Training Station is full, they are to be given seat priority compared to higher ranks.
○ Members of the Trial Trainer rank are to be given training priority over other members, and members of the Training ○ Division are to be given training priority over higher ranks.
○ Trial Trainers may only receive a promotion after training 5 new recruits.
Please note: Trainers may only train Recruits and not Security, Trainer, High Rank, OOA, or Transfers/Rank Sales.*
○ Members apart of the Training Division are now eligible to be nominated for the Efficient Trainer Award given by the Awarding Committee.
○ They are also eligible to receive Pay Bonus given they train at least 5 people that week.
○ Any member apart of this division or above may not fill the Training Station without the intention of training new members.
○ These members may be promoted every 60 minutes after their previous promotion by anyone PS+.
○ They may seek help from the Training Leader Assistant or the Leader of Training.
High Rank
Members in the High Rank Division are tasked with promoting hardworking members and giving verbal warnings to those breaking the Code of Conduct.
○ Members apart of this division and above are to train everyone they promote to a new division (if training is needed).
○ At this rank, members are now eligible to join Slack and apply for certain Special Units (see those pages for details).
○ They may apply for the following units/teams/departments: Magazine, Football, Community Support Team, Habbo Events Team, Legal Affairs, and Social Media.
○ Members ranked Trial High Rank must successfully promote 5 members to receive a promotion.
○ They are also eligible to receive Pay Bonus given that they promote at least 15 people that week.
○ At this rank, members are eligible to receive the "Allies & Partners" badge at USDF, gaining access to their headquarters.
○ These members may be promoted every 2 hours after their previous promotion by anyone Gov+.
○ They may seek help from the High Rank Leader Assistant or the Leader of High Rank.
○ They may promote up to Trial Trainer.
Professional Staff
Members in the Professional Staff Division are tasked with promoting hardworking members and logging disciplinaries for members who are breaking the Code of Conduct.
○ At the rank ‘Finance Associate’ members are able to apply for the Training Supervisors Special Unit.
○ These members must receive approval from anyone in the SM division + for logging disciplinary action logs.
○ They are to refer to the Code of Conduct when logging disciplinaries in portal, and the Disciplinary Actions Guide should they not understand the process of logging.
○ These members may be promoted every 3 hours by anyone SLT+.
○ They may seek help from the Professional Staff Leader Assistant or the Leader of Professional Staff.
○ They may promote up to Trial High Rank.
Government
Members in the Government Division are tasked with promoting hardworking members and logging disciplinaries/fired logs for members who are breaking the Code of Conduct.
○ They may promote up to Trial Professional Staff.
○ These members must receive approval from anyone in the SM division + for logging disciplinary or fired logs.
○ 3 warnings are to be issued to Agents unless they are clearly trolling in which they may be fired after 1 logged warning with approval from a 4iC+. 1 warning is to be issued to Security +.
○ After the first warning, strikes may be issued. After strike 3 the user is to be fired.
○ See the Disciplinary actions guide for more details.*
○ These members may be promoted every 3 hours after their previous promotion by anyone EA+.
○ They may seek help from the Government Leader Assistant or the Leader of Government.
Senior Leadership Team
Members in the SLT Division are tasked with giving tours to new Agents coming into HIA and ensuring that lower ranks are being treated fairly by everyone.
○ They may promote up to Gov. Member I.
○ They unlock the ability to fill the SLT station & tour new HIA members.
○ These members have a responsibility to ensure that the SLT station is being filled and running correctly.
○ They must make sure that everyone working this station is aware of their duties and is using the new SLT Station Guide under ‘Resources’ on habbohia.com when giving tours.
○ From time to time, they are encouraged to send out messages to alert new agents and trainers that the SLT station is open.
○ Pending SLT members may only receive a promotion after conducting 3 tours.
○ They are also responsible for overseeing that all members are well behaving and cooperative in base.
○ These members may be promoted every 4 hours after their previous promotion by anyone IA+.
○ They may seek help from the Senior Leadership Team Assistant Leader or the Leader of Senior Leadership Team.
External Affairs
Members in the External Affairs Team Division are tasked with keeping an eye out for any incoming complaints, promoting hard workers, and volunteering for external tasks.
○ They may promote up to Pending SLT.
○ External Affairs members are also eligible to apply/be invited to the External Relations Special Unit at this rank.
○ EA members should be approachable at all times to lower ranks. In the EA Division, members will be dealing with external threats (possibly mafia, scammer, and trolls).
○ If HIA begins to be infiltrated by mafia, scammers, and/or trolls, they are to request for proper RR on Slack.
○ They are encouraged attend to reports from other agencies/groups about the misconduct of HIA members at their headquarters/rooms.
○ To do this, they will collect valid information such as screenshots.
○ They must judge the situation accordingly and take the appropriate disciplinary action if needed.
○ After which they will submit their findings to the Leader of External Affairs and Director of External Relations.
○ If a member of the EA division+ wishes to volunteer for this task, they may approach the Leader of External Affairs via Habbo or Slack.
○ Alternatively, they may be asked to carry out the following task: making visits to allied agencies to interview allies.
○ These members may be promoted every 6 hours after their previous promotion from anyone OOA+.
○ They may seek help from the External Affairs Leader Assistant and the Leader of External Affairs.
Internal Affairs
Members of the Internal Affairs unit are tasked with looking through the portal and ensuring everything is logged following proper procedures.
○ They may promote up to Complaints Handler.
○ Internal Affairs members are also eligible to apply for the Transfer Unit at this rank.
○ Members of this division must be focused on the internal operations of HIA at all times, keeping in close contact with the ○ Leader of Internal Affairs to volunteer for tasks.
○ These members may be promoted 6 hours after their previous promotion from anyone HM+.
○ They may seek help from the Internal Affairs Leader Assistant and the Leader of Internal Affairs.
Office Of Administration
Members in the Office of Administration Division are tasked with working at the Help Desk and addressing questions that other HIA workers may have.
○ They may promote up to IA Member I.
○ They are to fill the Help Desk whenever working in base unless it is already full - to which they are encouraged to fill another station.
○ When answering questions, members of this division should be professional and friendly at all times.
○ If there is a question that is difficult to answer, it should be directed to an elective. Members of the OOA Division + should not simply say “I don’t know” when facing a difficult to answer question.
○ These members may be promoted every 8 hours after their previous promotion by anyone SM+.
○ They may seek help from the Office of Administration Assistant Leader or the Leader of Office of Administration.
High Management
Members of the High Management Division are tasked with overseeing the work of those ranks lower than themselves.
○ They are to ensure that other members are fulfilling their duties, even those which are not mandatory.
○ They may promote up to Intel Collector I.
○ As part of the High Management team members can also carry the responsibility of logging badge removals in portal.
○ If a member of the HM division+ wishes to volunteer for this badge removal task, they may approach the Leader of High Management via Habbo or Slack.
○ These members may be promoted every 8 hours after their previous promotion from anyone MOD+.
○ They may seek help from the High Management Leader Assistant or Leader of High Management.
(You may only have ONE Personal Secretary for the ranks that are below this text)
Senior Management
Members of the Senior Management Division+ are tasked with approving disciplinary/fired logs when appropriate.
○ They may promote up to Junior Admin.
○ When approving a disciplinary - these members must first view the screenshots from the situation where the disciplinary is necessary.
○ They should then ask the user issuing the disciplinary what specific rules from the Code of Conduct they wish to put in the disciplinary log, and approve this as well.
○ Approvals for disciplinaries should not be given out passively, as all disciplinaries must be valid.
○ At this division, members may also hire a Personal Secretary if they wish.
○ Personal Secretaries may promote on behalf of their boss, only when the boss is present in base and both users have 30 minutes online time.
○ Personal Secretaries may also assist their bosses with Special Unit tasks or other related matters, although the boss must be involved in these tasks.
○ Members of the Senior Management Division + may only have one Personal Secretary at a time.
○ These members may be promoted every 10 hours after their previous promotion by anyone Diplo+.
○ They may seek help from the Senior Management Assistant Leader or the Leader of Senior Management.
MOD of HQ
Members of the MOD Division are tasked with announcing important HIA related announcements in the MOD Stand on a daily basis.
○ They may promote up to Trial Senior Management.
○ When using the MOD Stand, members must utilize yellow color chat and are encouraged to use bold-chat as well.
○ Announcements should be short and easily understandable.
○ If a member is found abusing the MOD Stand repetitively (such as: Non-HIA related announcements, having conversations in the MOD Stand, using the MOD Stand for a long period of time, calling other workers out/shading them in the MOD Stand, calling unnecessary commands) they will be asked to no longer use it.
○ Members of the MOD Division are also now permitted to utilize the ‘CTH’ command (Clear the Hall).
○ This command is only to be used when the following criteria apply:
1: The hallway in front of the MOD Stand is crowded for a reason other than pay or promotion. (Crowded does not mean 1 or 2 members standing around. Calling ‘CTH’ for a few people is unnecessary).
2: Paytime is coming up and the hall needs completely cleared.
○ These members may be promoted every 10 hours after their previous promotion by anyone BOE+.
○ They may seek help from the MOD Leader Assistant or the Leader of MOD.
Diplomatic
Members of the Diplomatic Division are tasked with supervising HQ, assisting members of the Board of Elite Division, and volunteering for tasks in cooperation with External Affairs and/or External Relations.
○ They may promote up to Trial MOD.
○ They are also eligible to apply for the Awarding Committee at this rank.
○ Diplomatic Division members should be seen as role models to low ranks and behavior at this point in their HIA career should be impeccable.
○ This division is very similar to that of External Affairs as a Diplomat by definition handles external relationships. Therefore, the Leader of Diplomatic and Leader of External Affairs may choose to cooperate and work together with External Relations to assign tasks to volunteers who wish to understand/improve HIA’s relationship with other agencies.
○ Members of the Diplomatic Division must be able to maintain running HQ smoothly to earn a promotion to the coveted ○ Board of Elite rank and inevitably be able to apply for Apprenticeship.
○ These members may be promoted every 12 hours after their previous promotion by anyone 5ic+.
○ They may seek help from the Diplomatic Leader Assistant or the Leader of Diplomatic
Board of Elite (BOE)
Members of the Board of Elite Division are tasked with assisting electives and helping lower ranks as they are the top division before the elective positions.
○ BOE members are expected to be role models for all lower ranks and should set an example at all times.
○ They may promote up to Ambassador.
○ At the rank ‘Elite Processor of Ranks’, members are able to apply for the Apprenticeship Program.
○ This is a program that tests members’ abilities to handle elective duties and situations.
○ The Apprenticeship Program is composed of 2 stages, Junior Apprentice and Senior Apprentice.
○ In order to earn a 5iC Assistant Leader rank, members must pass both stages of the Apprenticeship Program.
○ If a member fails one stage, they are reinstated at their previous BOE rank and must apply for the next Apprenticeship ○ Program to have another try at earning a 5iC Assistant Leader rank.
○ Members of the BOE Division are also now eligible to apply to be a Payer in HIA HQ.
○ These members may be promoted every 24 hours after their previous promotion by anyone 5iC+.
○ They may seek help from the Board of Elite Leader Assistant(s) or the Leader of Board of Elite.

The above duty tasks have been approved by Foundation and Chief of Directorate and are immediately in effect as of October 13th, 2017
