Badge Removal Guide
What is a badge removal?
It is the act of removing HIA-related badges from an individual that has exceeded a certain amount of time spent being inactive. This includes overstaying LOA and inactivity without LOA.
Who removes badges?
There are numerous individuals that hold the position of badge admin, all of which are elective ranks. If you need a badge admin, or BA, you should ask for one in the #requests channel on Slack. Please be aware that badge admins are not in charge of Pay Bonus badges. If you have an inquiry regarding your Pay Bonus badge or HC Level badges, ask a payer instead (it is merely coincidental if a user is both a payer and a badge admin; the two do not correlate).
When should I log a badge removal report?
You should only log a badge removal report if the user has been inactive without LOA for 14+ days or has overstayed their LOA. Further explanation is below for users who do not have online time turned on.
Can anyone log a badge removal report?
Only Badge Admins should be logging badge removal report after they have removed an individual’s badges from their profile.
How do I report someone who is inactive?
All you have to do is simply take a screenshot of the person’s Habbo Profile and send it to a Badge Admin through a Slack Direct Message. You may tag a BA on #requests to get in touch with them. Once you have sent it through, your job is done!

How do I know how long a user has been inactive?
“Inactivity Length” will be determined on the Habbo user’s profile by their last login. If the user does not have online time activated - please check to see when their last promotion was as well as when they last promoted/trained/toured someone on Portal (if they are Trainer/HR+). If any of these are within the normal 14 day period - do not log a badge removal report. Please message the user and inform them to turn their online time on (as it is a violation of the Code of Conduct). If all of the previously stated items (last promotion and last time promoting/training/touring) are 15+ days - you may contact a badge admin and inform them that the user’s online time is off and they are inactive on Portal. The badge admin will make a decision based on the situation and they may or may not inform you to log a report (or they will simply remove the badges at that moment).
How do I know if someone has exceeded their LOA time?
LOAs can be viewed from our LOA Dashboard on Portal. When checking a member’s online time, they may have the LOA badge and the text “LOA” written in their motto, but they could have ran out of their time limit and can be deemed inactive. The time remaining for each specific individual is highlighted with a certain colour, either Green, or Orange. In Orange, displaying 0 Days left of an LOA, and their online time is 15+ Days, a badge removal report should be made.
An expired LOA will show up in the colour RED.
The picture below is a colour key explaining the stages of an LOA.

What is a screenshot?
“Screenshot of Profile” is simply a screenshot link of the profile of the Habbo you are reporting for badge removal. Make sure you upload this screenshot to a website such as Imgur, Gyazo, or Lightshot and paste the link in the box on this report.
Here is an example of what your screenshot should look like, provided an online time that fits the inactive criteria:

Do not include anything else other than the Habbo’s profile in your screenshot. Please make sure the last login/online time is clearly visible - as well as the username of the Habbo, HIA motto (if applicable), and showcase HIA badges in the screenshot as well - proving the user is still employed in HIA.
